The shipping charges incl. VAT for delivery within Austria are:

• EUR 0 on orders above EUR 500.

• EUR 20 on orders below EUR 500.

The shipping charges incl. VAT for delivery within the European Union are:

• EUR 0 on orders above EUR 1.000.

• EUR 30 on orders below EUR 1.000 

 

All shipments are sent via DPD.

DELIVERY TIMES

​

You can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days when we have the item in stock. If the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way on www.dpd.com. Please be aware that it may take 24 hours before your delivery information is registered in their system.

RETRUNS

​

You are entitled to a full refund for our on stock products you have purchased and returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Products must be in the same condition you received them in. Shipping costs associated with your purchase will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the Products.  We require that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

RETURN PROCEDURE

 

1. Please request a Return Authorisation within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing hello@lidiapetrovski.com

2. We will send you a Returns Authorisation along with instructions for shipping.

3. The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery item is returned to us broken. Please enclose any additional items (jewellery box).

4. Once you have added all items please send it back to:

5. Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase has been made.

REPAIRS

 

In the unfortunate event that your piece is damaged, any repairs within 1 month of purchase from our workshop boutique and online at lidiapetrovski.com are free of charge at the discretion of the brand, with the exception of replacement of stones where a charge will be incurred for the stones only.  

​

Our workshop will always be happy to repair and refurbish our pieces for you with no time limitations, please note outside of the 1 month period it is chargeable at a small fee depending on times and material invested.  

 

Resizing of rings is chargeable at €50 - €80 depending on the complexity of the style.
